When you join one of Dayna's classes you will be practicing Hatha Yoga.  We focus on longer held asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing). I received my 200HR YTT through Purna Yoga Shala in 2020. I look forward to sharing this powerful and healing practice with you. I am based in Hollywood, Florida. I offer online classes and group classes on Hollywood Beach. I am located at Georgia Street on the south end of the Hollywood Broardwalk.

Location

All beach yoga classes meet at Georgia Street on Hollywood beach, where the Broadwalk meets the sand. Don't forget to bring a mat, a sheet, and water.
